Registration Open for Ball State Men's Basketball Summer Camps
March 15, 2024 | Men's Basketball
Head coach Michael Lewis and the Ball State men's basketball program are hosting camps the week of June 10-14.
Both camps will be located at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center on the Ball State campus. The men's basketball coaching staff and select student-athletes are set to run the camp.
Day Camp for boys and girls entering Grades 2-9 is scheduled to run from Monday, June 10 to Thursday, June 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. The Day Camp is designed to improve young players fundamental skills, develop teamwork and sportsmanship, and have fun on the court. Each day will be filled with a combination of drills and skill development, competitions, and games. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from Ball State University men's basketball coaches and players as they share their own experiences and techniques. This is a camper's unique opportunity to be a part of the Ball State basketball program. The cost is $235 with an "Early Bird" discounted rate of $200 for those who sign up and pay in full by May 1.
The Day Camp is designed for campers of all skill levels and experience, and each participant will get a camp t-shirt. Lunch is not provided, but pizza, snacks and drinks will be made available for purchase.
Little Cardinals Camp for boys and girls ages 4-8 is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, June 14. This one-day camp focuses on the fundamentals of basketball and having fun as campers will be instructed on dribbling, shooting, and passing skills while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship. It costs $50 per camper and will also be at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
Don't miss this incredible opportunity to learn from Head Coach Michael Lewis and his staff! Registration for both camps is now open, and spots are limited, so be sure to sign up soon to reserve your child's spot.
