Men's Golf Heads Into Final Round of National Golf Invitational

MARICOPA, Arizona – The Ball State men's golf team completed round two of the National Golf Invitational today after being paired with Texas State and Troy. The Cardinals are in fourth place with one round to play.

Kash Bellar led the Cardinals during round two with a stand-out performance. Bellar finished the day at an impressive 6-under (66), placing him in second overall on the leaderboard. He tallied five birdies and a huge eagle to complete his strong performance.

Griffin Hare finished at 3-over today (75) and is tied for 17th overall heading into round three. Carter Smith finished round two even (72) and is tied for 33rd place. Ali Khan finished at 2-over in round two (74), and he is tied for 39th. Joey Ranieri finished at 3-over today (75) and is tied for 49th heading into the final round tomorrow.

The final round of the NGI will be played tomorrow as the Cardinals are paired with Stetson and Oral Roberts. The following are the tee times for round three:
