ATHENS, Alabama – The Ball State men's golf team heads south to compete in the Mid-American Conference Men's Golf Championships on Sunday, April 30 to Tuesday, May 2.

The Cardinals prepared for this weekend throughout their 2023 tournament season, competing against tough competition and top-20 ranked programs. Last weekend, the Cardinals traveled to #3 University of Illinois for their last tune-up before the conference tournament.

Representing the Cardinals are Kash Bellar, Joey Ranieri, Ali Khan, Carter Smith, Griffin Hare, and Evan Bone.

The MAC Men's Golf Championships will be hosted by Ohio University at the Canebrake Golf Club in Athens, Alabama. The Canebrake Golf Club is a par-72, 7,237-yard course.

The Cardinals will be paired with Miami and Bowling Green for round one. The following are the tee times for round one:

            Griffin Hare: 9:40 a.m. EST
            Carter Smith: 9:48 a.m. EST
            Ali Khan: 9:56 a.m. EST
            Joey Ranieri: 10:04 a.m. EST
            Kash Bellar: 10:12 a.m. EST
