Boyd Ties for Seventh at Lady Jaguar Invitational

CARMEL, Ind – The Ball State women's golf team closed out the final round of the Lady Jaguar Invitational on the Plum Creek Golf Club on Sunday. Madelin Boyd led the Cardinals and tied for seventh.
Boyd recorded a final-round score of 79 (+7). Her two-round tally of 151 (+7) gave her a top-10 finish as she tied for seventh. She collected three birdies for the tournament.
Jasmine Driscoll moved up one spot on the leaderboard into a tie for 14th after a final round of 78 (+6). She produced a two-round mark of 154 (+10) and she recorded four birdies on the tournament.
Peyton Broce ended the tournament with a 161 (+17) and tied for 33rd. She notched an 84 (+12) with one birdie. She tallied four birdies of the event.
Sarah Gallagher recorded a two-round tally of 162 (+18) and tied for 38th. She produced a final round of 84 (+12). She finished with two birdies for the tournament.
Payton Bennett posted an 80 (+8) with two birdies. She produced a two-round score of 166 (+22). She rocketed up 16 spots on the leaderboard. She compiled three birdies for the two rounds.
Paige Hillman finished with a 173 (+29) and tied for 66th. She notched a final round of 86 (+14). She had one birdie for the tournament.
The Cardinals return to the course for the final time of the 2022-23 campaign for the Mid-American Conference Tournament on Friday, April 21. Ball State will take to the Kalamazoo Country Club for three days.
