Women’s Tennis Competes at UC/Pam Whitehead Invite This Weekend

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's tennis team continues fall action when it travels to the University of Cincinnati this weekend to compete at the UC/Pam Whitehead Invitational.

The Cardinals will compete against players from host Cincinnati, fellow Mid-American Conference member Miami University (OH) and Xavier in a two-day event which begins Friday.

Weather permitting, the event is set to be held at the Trabert-Talbert Tennis Center (outdoor) but due to possible inclement weather for the weekend the tournament could be moved indoors at the Western Athletic Club.

The tournament will be a hidden dual format with two rounds of doubles competition on Friday and one round on Saturday. The Cardinals will play one round of singles Friday and two on Saturday.

Ball State will open play at noon on Friday with a double's competition against host Cincinnati. The remainder of the Cardinals schedule can be found on the attached PDF.
