Khan takes aim at PGA Works Collegiate Championship

Redshirt freshman set to take part in prestigious event
MUNCIE, Ind. – Ball State men's golfer Ali Khan is set to take part in the 2022 PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship. The annual event is set to take place May 2-4 in Philadelphia, Pa. Khan will take part in the individual division for a 54-hole tournament between the par-70 Union League Golf Club at Torresdale and par-72 Union League Liberty Hill courses.
The PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship, the most culturally significant championship in collegiate golf, annually hosts student-athletes enrolled in Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and other Minority-Serving Educational Institutions. Over 160 students from 41 schools competed in 2021.
The individual competition is open to all minority men and women student-athletes playing collegiate golf at the Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA and NJCAA level, or participants who are enrolled in one of the PGA of America's PGA Golf Management University Programs.
Khan begins the tournament Monday morning off the No. 1 tee box at 9:42 a.m.
