Women’s Tennis Competes at ITA Ohio Valley Regional

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Ball State women's tennis team continues its fall season after competing at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (iTA) Ohio Valley Regionals this weekend which took place at the University of Tennessee. The Cardinals competed against some of the nation's elite in both singles and doubles.
Jessica Braun, Amy Kaplan and Mariya Polishchuk, all earned singles victories over a three-day span.
Braun registered a 6-4, 6-3 take down against in-state rival Butler's Natalie Boesing during Friday's action while Kaplan walked away with a straight set defeat versus Belmont's Alyssa Getty, 6-1, 6-3. Polishchuk led the Cardinals in singles play after winning two matches this weekend.
The Ball State women's tennis team will wrap up its 2022 fall season when it plays at the Spartan Invite in East Lansing, Mich., from Nov. 4 thru Nov. 6.
