Ball State set for final regular season run at Falcon Invite

Cardinals to compete at Bowling Green in 6k race Friday afternoon
MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State cross country team is scheduled to run its final race of the regular season when it travels to Bowling Green, Ohio for the Falcon Invite Friday afternoon.
The Cardinals will compete in their second 6k race of the season, beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET at the Bowling Green Cross Country Course.
Ball State's first 6k race of the 2022 campaign came on Sept. 16 at the Spartan Invite in East Lansing, Mich.
The Cardinals are coming off a strong 5k run at the Live in Lou Classic two weeks ago. In that race, Sarah Mahnensmith ran a collegiate-best time of 17:47.9 to lead Ball State.
Following the Falcon Invite, the Cardinals will shift their focus to the Mid-American Conference Championships, hosted by Ohio, on Oct. 29.
