Moritz, Kim Honored with MAC Postseason Awards

STOW, Ohio -- The Ball State women's golf team had a pair of players earn postseason awards at the conclusion of this weekend's MAC Championships.
Junior Hadley Moritz was named to the All-MAC Second Team, while senior Liz Kim was voted by her peers as the MAC Sportswoman of the Year.
Moritz led the Cardinals this season with a 76.12 scoring average to rank fifth in BSU single-season annals. She finished in the top 25 in four of the Cardinals' six events in this shortened season and posted a pair of top-10s.
Kim's 76.41 average places her seventh on the BSU single-season charts. She also had four top-25 finishes in six starts this season.
The Sportswoman of the Year Award is presented each year to the golfer who best represents the game of intercollegiate golf to others. Kim is the third Ball State player to win the award, joining Kirsty O'Connor in 2010 and Sarah Westaway in 2014.
