Â
Ball State would take over the top spot in the division with a win, while Central Michigan would hold onto it with a win or a tie.

The Cardinals are fresh off a victory over another league leader, Eastern Michigan, coming from one goal down at halftime to top the Eagles, 2-1, Sunday in Ypsilanti behind goals from Nicky Potts and Mac Henson.
Â
The win capped a perfect week for BSU which also defeated Northern Illinois 2-0 three days earlier behind a pair of goals from Melissa Diceman.

Central Michigan is coming off a pair of shutout victories last week, 2-0 over Western Michigan and 3-0 at Northern Illinois. Natalie Belsito paces CMU offensively with three goals and two assists on the year.
Â
Belsito scored the game-winner in the first meeting between the teams this season, striking with just 15 seconds left in the first overtime period after BSU's Tatiana Mason had scored in the 70th minute to send it to OT. The loss snapped a streak of 15 straight unbeaten OT games for the Cardinals.
Â
Following Friday's game, Ball State will play three straight on the road before returning home to host Eastern Michigan in the April 11 regular season finale. The winners of both divisions this season will square off April 17 in a MAC Championship game.
