
2021 WBB Signee Ally Becki Named To The Indiana All-Star Team

MUNCIE, Ind. - Ball State women's basketball 2021 commit Ally Becki (Brownsburg, Ind./Brownsburg) has been named to the Indiana All-Star team which consists of the 14 best players in the state of Indiana. The All-Stars will play the Junior All-Stars on June 9 before playing the Kentucky All-Stars on June 11 (in Kentucky) and June 12 (at Southport Fieldhouse).
Becki had a star-studded senior year with the Brownsburg Bulldogs after leading her squad to the Class 4A Indiana State Championship game.Â
Becki scored a career high 31 points in Brownburg's 49-27 win over Franklin in the Class 4A semifinals outscoring the Grizzly Cubs on her own after making 12 of her 14 shots while also grabbing six rebounds, dishing out four assists and had a steal.Â
During postseason action, in the six games leading up to the state title contest, Becki averaged 21.0 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.6 steals and 3.6 assists while shooting 61 percent from the floor. In the state title game, Becki scored 14 points in the first quarter alone against Crown Point and finished the game with 19.
Today it was announced that Becki has been tabbed a 2021 IndyStar Miss Basketball finalist after wrapping up her career with Bulldogs averaging 18.0 points, 7.9 rebounds and 4.1 seals per game this season.Â
Becki has been successful from the start of her high school career, earning a spot on the varsity squad as a true freshman. She averaged 11.7 points, 2.7 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game in her debut season for the Bulldogs. As a sophomore, Becki managed to score 13.4 points per game, while dishing out 4.4 assists and pulling down 5.5 rebounds per contest. She also received the All-State Underclassman Subway Award in each of her first two seasons with the Bulldogs.  Â
Becki continued to make a strong presence on the court her junior year with her highest rebounding average yet, at 7.2 per game, while also scoring 11.5 points per game. For her play, Becki was tabbed Subway Supreme 15 and selected to the junior All-Star team. Becki is a three-time All-Hendricks County award winner. She was also a member of the 2018-19 IndyStar girl's basketball preseason Super Team.
Becki, will begin her journey with the Ball State women's basketball team come this fall.
