CARBONDALE, Ill. - - Sunday's Ball State softball game versus DePaul has been rained out. The Cardinals return to action Friday with games versus Western Kentucky (1:30 p.m. ET / 12:30 p.m. CT) and at No. 25 Mississippi State (4 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. CT) as part of the Bulldog Invitational.

The Cardinals finished play in the Coach B Classic with a 2-2 record, securing an 8-1 win over Saint Louis Friday and a 5-2 victory against Austin Peay Saturday.
