Diving Travels To Miami’s Last Chance Meet Friday

MUNCIE, Ind. - - Ball State's men's & women's divers return to action Friday afternoon, when they travel to Oxford, Ohio, to compete in the Miami Last Chance Meet.

Competition for the divers is set to begin at 1 p.m. at the Nixon Aquatic Center.

On the women's side, the Cardinals are led by two-time Mid-American Conference Women's Diver of the Week Caitlin Locante. So far this season, Locante has set the program record on the 3m board with an NCAA Zone Diving "B" cut mark of 323.625 and has an NCAA Zone Diving "A" cut of 314.25 on the 1m board.

Also set to compete for the women are Riley Bullock, Madison Gatzlaff and Maddie Gleave.

On the men's side, Ball State is led by reigning MAC Men's Diver of the Week Isaac Hunter. Last week, Hunter turned in a pair of personal-best performances on his way to sweeping the diving events versus SIU. He scored 285.15 on the 1m board and 302.12 on the 3m board.

Also set to compete for the men are Wyatt Blake and Hunter Ongay.
