Tournament now scheduled to begin with 36 holes Saturday
AURORA, Ohio -- The first day of the MAC Men's Golf Championships was washed out by rain and unplayable course conditions at Club Walden.
The plan is now for the teams to play 36 holes Saturday with an 8:30 a.m. split tee start. The tournament will conclude Sunday, with the winner landing the league's automatic qualifying spot for the NCAA Regionals.
This weekend's championship looks to be as wide open as any in recent memory. Ball State is one of a number of teams looking to take advantage.
