Marko and Nemanja Guzina Receive All-MAC Honors
April 24, 2019 | Men's Tennis
This is the third postseason award for Marko. He was also recently voted to the MAC All-Tournament Team for the second time in his career. The Toronto, Canada, native played mainly at the top two singles postions for the Cardinals and played on the top court in doubles action alongside twin brother Nemanja. Marko helped Ball State advance to the seminfinal round in last week's MAC Tournament after a straight-set victory over Toledo at the No. 1 spot.
Nemanja has received All-MAC Second Team honors for the second-straight season after competing mainly on the top two courts for Ball State. Nemanja paired up with Marko in doubles action, earning MAC wins over Buffalo, Binghamton, Northern Illinois and Toledo.
