Guerrero is fresh off her senior campaign in which she was an All-MAC Second Team selection and United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Region Third Team honoree after scoring three goals and dishing out a team-high five assists. Guerrero was also voted team MVP by her teammates at the conclusion of the season.

"It is nice to see yet another Ball State player go on and join the professional ranks," said head coach Craig Roberts. "The amount of players that have gone on to play professionally from Ball State is an indication of the type of program we have here. These girls are truly committed to developing into competitive athletes, and it shows through the type of recognition they continue to achieve."
Other players that have played or are playing professionally for the Cardinals include Chelsy Swackhamer who plays for IK Myran in Finland, Lorina White who plays for Vittsjo GIK in Sweden and had a training stint with the Orlando Pride, and Brigit Reder who also played in Sweden for Ostersunds DFF and in the United States with the Seattle Sounders Women and Cincinnati Sirens FC. Gabby Veldman has also played professionally in Hungary for DVTK after leaving Ball State. Lorina WhiteBrigit RederGabby Veldman
