
T&F Excited to Host Ball State Challenge This Weekend

MUNCIE, Ind. - - Local fans looking to catch a glimpse of the Ball State track & field team in action are in luck this weekend, as the Cardinals host the Ball State Challenge Friday and Saturday at University Track in the Briner Sports Complex.

The two-day meet will feature student-athletes from 20 women's teams and 17 men's teams over the course of 19 different events. The first event, the men's hammer throw is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday.

On Saturday, action picks up at 10 a.m. with the men's javelin throw. The final event, the women's 4x400m relay, is currently scheduled for 5:10 p.m. Saturday evening.

Admission to the meet will be:
 All-Session Pass (Both days of Competition)
* Adult All-Session Pass: $10
* Youth All-Session (under 18): $5
* Ball State Students: Free w/ID
 Single Session Pass (Per-day)
* Adult: $7
* Youth (under 18): $3
