Swimming & Diving Wrap Up Action At CSCAA NIC

CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Ball State swimming and diving teams wrapped up their competition at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships Saturday at Cleveland State University.
Alec Tuthill highlighted Friday's event with a personal best time of 49.07 in 100 Fly. Tuthill would earn a 16th place finish in the finals. The men also competed in the 200 medley relay, the team of Ben Andrew, Zach Reichle, Tuthill and Drew Weeks capped the night off with a 19th place finish.
In the same event, the women earned a 13th place finish with a time of 1:43:34 with the 200 yard medley team of Audrey Schank, Mason Dahman, Makenna Bottorff and Peighton Gilbert.
The Cardinals swam in the preliminaries on the last day of competition, the men finished the three day event with a team finish of 22 out of 25 teams while the women ended its competition 41 out of 47.
