Setting the Stage
Ball State closes out the fall portion of its schedule with its annual trip to Louisville's Cardinal Cup. Always featuring a strong national field, this week's event boasts 10 teams ranked among the top 100 in the country.
The Cardinals are looking for a strong finish to a fall schedule that has included one tournament victory and a pair of third-place finishes. BSU took third in its most recent outing at the Preview at Silver Lake, site of next spring's MAC Championships.
Liz Kim led Ball State with a tie for ninth place at Silver Lake and has finished among the top 12 in each of the past two events. Senior Manon Tounalom paces the Cardinals for the season with a 75.50 scoring average. She and Hadley Moritz both own a pair of top-10 finishes.
