Women's Golf Heads to Bowling Green

Cardinals teeing it up alongside seven other MAC teams this weekend
The Ball State women's golf team will compete this weekend in Bowling Green's Dolores Black Falcon Invitational at Stone Ridge Golf Club.

The 36-hole event features rounds Saturday (noon shotgun start) and Sunday (11 a.m. shotgun start) in Bowling Green, Ohio. Live scoring is available at golfstat.com.

The Cardinals are part of a 16-team field. Seven other Mid-American Conference teams are competing: Akron, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Ohio, Toledo and Western Michigan.

The field also includes Cleveland State, Detroit, Findlay, Illinois-Chicago, Indianapolis, Lawrence, Oakland and Youngstown State.

Ball State's lineup will once again feature Manon Tounalom, Sydney Anderson, Liz Kim, Emily Knouff and Morgan Nadaline. Holly Anderson will compete as an individual.

The Cardinals are coming off a seventh-place result last week at Eastern Kentucky's Colonel Classic. Tounalom (T9) and Sydney Anderson (T20) paced the team with top-20 finishes.
Ball State won its most recent appearance at the Dolores Black Falcon Invitational, claiming a five-stroke victory in the 2014 event.
