Cheerleading Tryouts Set for April 21-22

The Ball State cheerleading team will hold tryouts for the 2018-19 academic year on Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22. The tryouts are for both the coed squad and the all-girl squad.Â

Tryouts will take place in the Field Sports Building with registration beginning Saturday at 10 a.m. The first rounds of tryouts will start at approximately 10:30. First cuts will be made Saturday, and those who make the cut will be asked to return Sunday for final selections.

Those interested in trying out must return the selection agreement, cheerleading application, medical release form and a copy of insurance card no later than April 13. They can be turned in to Shawn Sullivan in the Stoops Buick/GMC Ticket Center at Worthen Arena.

Those interested in trying out are strongly encouraged to attend the March 25 Stunt Clinic. Those who cannot attend will need to purchase the tryout video.
