Women’s Golf Set for MAC-Heavy Field at Purgatory

Cardinals tee it up Sunday at the Fall Preview
The Ball State women's golf team will get a look at next spring's MAC Championship course this week at The Fall Preview at Purgatory Golf Club.
Just down the road in Noblesville, Indiana, Purgatory will play host to a field of 12 teams, including eight MAC squads.

About the Cardinals
Ball State is looking to bounce back from an eighth-place result at Iowa's Diane Thomason Invitational. The Cardinals finished second and third in the two events leading up to the Iowa trip.
Manon Tounalom paces Ball State with a 75.00 scoring average and a pair of top-10 finishes this fall. Meanwhile, freshman Ja Santadusit is set to compete for the first time as part of the Ball State lineup.
The Fall Preview is the fourth of five tournaments on Ball State's fall schedule, with only Louisville's Cardinal Cup (Oct. 20-21) to follow.
Folds of Honor
Throughout this season, through the Folds of Honor Military Tribute Program, one Ball State player each tournament will carry a golf bag featuring the name of fallen Army Staff Sergeant Kevin M. Pape. This week, Emily Knouff has been designated to carry the bag.
