MUNCIE, Ind. – Alright Cardinal fans, here are the top 25 (and a few more) moments in Worthen Arena history that you shared with us. Now is your chance to vote on the top men's and women's basketball moments from Worthen Arena's 25-year history. Fans can also select their favorite non-basketball moment. Memorable Moments from Men's Basketball (no particular order)
-Bonzi Wells drops a Worthen Arena record 41 points on Eastern Michigan on Feb. 17, 1996.
-Ball State defeats No. 14 Ole Miss on Dec. 6, 1997, 70-66.
-The ice storm game on Jan. 5, 2005. Terrance Chapman hits a last-second long three to give Ball State an 81-80 win over Ohio.
-Bonzi Wells hits a buzzer-beater from half court to beat Kent State on Jan. 22, 1997, 78-75.
-Opening night, Jan. 15, 1992. Ball State takes down Miami in front of a sellout crowd, 70-64.
-Bonzi Wells sets the MAC scoring record, surpassing Miami's Ron Harper, in the 67-60 win over Northern Illinois on Feb. 21, 1998.
-The Bonzi Wells–Gary Trent showdown on March 4, 1995. Wells hung 40 on the preseason NIT champs, Ohio, in the 96-85 victory.
-Defeating back-to-back national finalist Butler on Dec. 10, 2011, 58-55.

-Defeating South Florida, 98-92, in the first round of the 2002 NIT behind 40 points from Chris Williams. The Cardinals eventually reached the NIT quarterfinals.
-Opening the 2003-04 season with a 75-63 win over a Xavier team that eventually reached the NCAA Tournament's Elite Eight.
-Hitting a school-record 18 three-pointers in a 115-79 victory over Eastern Michigan on Feb. 27, 2016, tying the most points ever by Ball State against a Division I team.

Memorable Moments from Women's Basketball (no particular order)
-Audrey McDonald sets the school single-game record for three-pointers made (nine) against Western Michigan on March 1, 2008.
-Kelsey Corbin tallis a career-high 13 assists in her final game as a collegiate player, an 85-82 loss to Kentucky in the second round of the 2007 WNIT.
-Watching games coached by Tracy Roller (2001-08).
-Nathalie Fontaine becomes the program's all-time leading scorer in the final seconds of the last home game of the 2015-16 season – a 76-68 win over Northern Illinois.
-Senior night 2009 honoring Porchia Green, Kiley Jarrett and Dana Moorman. The Cardinals clinched the MAC West championship with a 65-54 win over Northern Illinois on March 5.
-Advancing to the final 16 of the 2013 WNIT with a 53-48 win over Northern Iowa on March 13.
-Clinching the 2007 MAC West championship with a 74-73 win over preseason favorite Eastern Michigan on Feb. 24 in front of a Worthen Arena record crowd (4,711).

-Ball State hosts the 2016 MAC Gymnastics Championships. The Cardinals finished in second place.
-Men's volleyball drops the first two sets and then rallies to defeat No. 7 Ohio State, 3-2, on Feb. 7, 2016.

-Nine Inch Nails/Jim Rose Circus/Marilyn Manson concert.
-Women's volleyball player Sarah Obras had a record-setting night versus Eastern Michigan on Oct. 22, 2005, becoming the Ball State and Mid-American Conference all-time career kills leader. In addition, her 11 digs in the 3-1 victory made her the first player in MAC history to record 1,500-plus kills and 1,500-plus digs in a career.

Women's volleyball defeats Loyola (Ill.) by a score of 3-0 (15-13, 15-11, 15-8) in the first round of the 1995 NCAA Tournament, one of just two NCAA Tournament victories in program history.
