
Men’s Swimming and Diving Set to Travel to Take on MAC Foe Eastern Michigan

MUNCIE, Ind. – The men's swimming and diving team will travel to Ypsilanti, Michigan to take on Eastern Michigan Saturday, Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.
The following are the Ball State swimmers in the top 16 in the Mid-American Conference:

- Junior Isaac Walling is 13th in the 1650 freestyle with a final time of 16:20.76.
- Senior Tanner Barton is in ninth place in the 200 butterfly after touching the wall at 1:51.83.
- Senior Tanner Barton is first in the 100 butterfly with a time of 51.09. Barton also leads the team in the 200 butterfly at 1:51.83.
- Senior Austin Green leads the team in the 50 freestyle at 21.18. Green also leads the Cards in the 100 freestyle with a time of 47.06.
- Junior Banistre Lienhart is first in the 200 freestyle with a final time of 1:44.87.
- Junior Isaac Walling leads the team in four events: 500 freestyle (4:45.31), 1000 freestyle (10:07.53), 1650 freestyle (16:20.76), and 400 IM (4:17.85).
- Sophomore Zach Reichle touched the wall at 58.41, putting him above the rest of the Cardinals in the 100 breaststroke.
- Sophomore Cullen Tyler leads the Cards in the 200 breaststroke (2:09.86) and in the 200 IM (1:58.98).
- Freshman Chase Jackson's time of 52.05 places him in first in the 100 backstroke.
- Freshman Logan Ackley leads the team in the 200 backstroke with a final time of 1:57.09.
