Women's Golf Trio Named Academic All-MAC

MUNCIE, Ind. -- Three Ball State women's golfers were named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team announced Wednesday.
Senior Meghan McDougall and junior Kelsey Sear made the team for the second straight year, while and sophomore Kayla Adamson was recognized for the first time.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for student-athletes who have excelled in athletics and academics. To be named to the team, student-athletes must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of their team's contests. Freshmen are not eligible for the award.
