ANDERSON, Ind. -- Allison Lindley took second place and Kelsey Sear tied for third Sunday as the Ball State women's golf team hosted IPFW and the University of Indianapolis at Anderson Country Club.
UIndy finished atop the team leaderboard with a 36-hole total of 624 (+48) on a day that started with brutally cold temperatures. Ball State took second at 643, while IPFW finished third at 649.
Lindley posted a score of 155 (+11), and Sear was one shot behind her at 156 (+12). UIndy's Katharina Keilich won the event at 151 (+7).
Meghan McDougall and Sydney Anderson tied for 14th, followed by Morgan Nadaline (16th), Karley Dobis (18th) and Kayla Adamson (T-19th).
Sunday's event was Ball State's final tune-up for the Mid-American Conference Championships. The team will tee it up April 22-24 at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Indiana.
