Women’s Golf Travels to Kzoo Classic

The Ball State women's golf team will tee it up Monday for the first time since a fourth-place finish at its own Cardinal Classic last month.
The Cardinals will compete in Western Michigan's Kzoo Classic at The Moors Golf Club in Portage, Michigan. The 54-hole event features two rounds Monday and the final round Tuesday with live scoring available at birdiefire.com.
Sydney Anderson, who owns top-10 finishes in the first two events of the season, leads Ball State into the tournament. The Cardinals' lineup also features Morgan Nadaline, Kelsey Sear, Allison Lindley and Manon Tounalom.
Anderson (T9), Nadaline (T14) and Sear (T19) all finished in the top 20 for Ball State at the Cardinal Classic. Anderson fired a second consecutive 69 in the opening round of the event and leads the Cardinals with a stroke average of 73.00.
The field for the Kzoo Classic also includes Central Michigan, Detroit, Eastern Michigan, Ohio, Bowling Green, Cleveland State, IPFW and Davenport.
