Men?s Golf Travels to Badger Invitational

MUNCIE, Ind. -- The Ball State men's golf team will continue its fall schedule Sunday through Tuesday at Wisconsin's Badger Invitational.
The 54-hole event begins Monday at 9 a.m. CT (10 a.m. ET) at University Ridge, ranked the No. 3 campus course in the country by Golfweek. The teams will play 18 holes each day in Madison, Wis.
The field includes Ball State, Butler, Drake, Illinois State, Kansas, Miami (Ohio), Rutgers, Texas Rio Grande Valley, USC Upstate, Western Carolina, William & Mary and Wisconsin.
Ball State's lineup will feature Michael VanDeventer, James Blackwell, Johnny Watts, Tyler Pearson and Michael Makris. Tyler Ostrom will compete as an individual.
VanDeventer and Blackwell led the Cardinals last week with top-20 finishes at Notre Dame's Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic.
