Ball State Men?s, Women?s Hoops to Air on ESPN3

MUNCIE, Ind. -- All Ball State men's and women's basketball home games will be available for viewing this season on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app.
The Cardinals have also announced new broadcast teams for this year's live coverage with Joel Godett sliding over from radio to handle ESPN3 play-by-play duties for both the men and women.
Links to ESPN3 are available on the schedule pages for both the men's and women's teams. Fans can also find the games by visiting ESPN3.com and using the tabs on the home page to search. Select road games produced by other schools will also be available.
Ball State University Media Services will produce the majority of the Cardinals' home games, while some will be produced by Ball State Sports Link.
The broadcasts are available for free to viewers with a subscription to a participating TV or Internet service provider. Click here to view a listing of participating TV providers. Godett, the radio voice of the Cardinals for the past three seasons, will be joined for the men's games on ESPN3 by his former radio partner David Eha. For the women's games, he will be joined by Amber Stocks, who serves as an assistant coach with the Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA.
Longtime Ball State Radio Network member Jeff Weller returns as the play-by-play voice for men's games on 104.1 WLBC. He will be joined on home broadcasts by former men's basketball assistant coach Scot Bunnell. Eha, a former player for the Cardinals, will continue to serve as the radio analyst for road games.
Tyler Bradfield will take over the play-by-play duties for women's basketball radio broadcasts on Fox Sports Radio 102.9 FM and 1340 AM. He has previously called football and women's basketball games for Ball State's student station WCRD.
Bradfield will be joined by a variety of color analysts throughout the season, including former assistant coach Rachel Galligan, former player Dana Moorman-Mueller, former Bowling Green and Indiana coach Curt Miller, and members of Ball State Sports Link.
The basketball season begins Friday as the men's team visits Bradley (on ESPN3) and the women's team visits Charlotte. The men open their home schedule Nov. 16 against Eastern Illinois, while the women play their first home game Nov. 19 against Western Kentucky.
