Men's Golf: Two Rounds Nearly Complete at Wolf Run

ZIONSVILLE, Ind. -- Play was suspended by storms late in the second round for the Ball State men's golf team Saturday at the Wolf Run Intercollegiate.
Round two will resume Sunday at 9:30 a.m. at Wolf Run Golf Club and will be followed immediately by the third and final round.
Ball State was tied for 13th at the conclusion of the first round earlier in the day. The team posted a score of 308 (+24) for the opening 18 holes.
Illinois opened with a 285 (+1) to take a 10-stroke lead into the second round over second-place Florida and Chattanooga.
Ball State counted a pair of 76's in the first round from James Blackwell and Zach Yinger to go along with a 77 from Johnny Watts and a 79 from Derek Kundenreich. Blackwell and Yinger were tied for 35th on the individual leaderboard through round one.
Those four Ball State players all completed their second rounds before the storms came. Watts turned in another 77, Blackwell and Kundenreich 79 and Yinger 81.
McCormick Clouser, who opened with an 81, has one hole remaining in his second round. So does Tyler Ostrom, competing as an individual, who posted a 78 in round one.
