
Women's Tennis Loses At Marquette

MARQUETTE, Wis. - The Ball State University women's tennis team (4-4) fell by a score of 5-2 at Marquette Friday night at the Helfaer Tennis Stadium.
The Golden Eagles took the early 1-0 edge over the Cardinals after sweeping doubles play to earn the point. Ball State would go on two win two matches in singles action with Sarah Hebble earning a straight set defeat over Rocio Diaz on court five and Lauren Pickrel defeated Kristina Radam, 6-3, 1-6, 10-8 at No. 6 singles.
The Ball State women's tennis team continues action in Wisconsin when it faces UW-Milwaukee Saturday at 6 p.m. (EST).
