Women?s S&D Posts Third Consecutive Loss to Ohio

ATHENS, Ohio - The Ball State women's swimming & diving team lost its third consecutive meet to Mid-American Conference foe Ohio, 189-106, Saturday afternoon at the Ohio University Aquatic Center.
The Cardinals posted their first victory in the 200 breast, as sophomore swimmer Bridgette Ruehl (Lowell, Ind./Lowell) clocked in with a time of 2:22.42.
Sophomore Haley Richter (Roanoke, Ind./Columbia City) followed with a first-place performance in the 100 fly (56.38) and also tallied a win in the 200 IM (2:08.65) for Ball State's third victory of the meet.
The first-place 400 freestyle relay of senior Nicole Saulters (Highland, Ind./Highland), junior Jillian Bischoff (Atlanta, Ind./Hamilton Heights), freshman Carlena Magley (Waterloo, Ind./DeKalb) and sophomore Emily Wisolek (Middlebury, Ind./Northridge) closed the meet with a time of 3:32.80.

Friday, Feb. 3 as Ball State hosts Southern Illinois at 6 p.m. from Lewellen
Aquatic Center.
