MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State University women's tennis team is set to host back-to-back matches against Dayton, Thursday at 6 p.m. and Wright State, Friday at 1 p.m. in the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center.
The two teams will play three doubles and six singles matches. The Cardinals have started off the season with a 1-0 record after beating IUPUI 7-0 last Wednesday at home.
"Looking forward to our next two home matches against Dayton and Wright State, said head women's tennis coach Christine Bader. "This will be two great opportunities for our team to show what we are made of and to continue to improve. I was very impressed with the energy and confidence we showed in our first match. We are striving to show that same response when being pushed by tougher opponents."
The Ball State women's tennis team hosts Detroit Mercy (Feb. 3) and Chicago (Feb. 10). For further information you can log onto www.ballstatesports.com
