September 08, 2011 | Soccer
MUNCIE, Ind. - Ball State soccer and head coach Craig Roberts will hold the 2011 College I.D. Camp for future college student-athletes November 13 at the Briner Sports Complex. The camp is open to high school girl athletes (graders 9-12) who are interested in playing college soccer.
The camp will allow future student-athletes to understand what it is like to play at Ball state and the Division I level. The camp will include hands-on coaching with Roberts and assistant coach Ileana Moschos, speed training and a college recruiting presentation.
The camp will begin at 10 a.m. at the Briner Sports Complex. The first session will run from 10-noon and then a 30-minute break for lunch, which campers will provide on their own. The college recruiting presentation will begin at 12:30 p.m. following by the second session from 1-2 p.m.
The cost of the camp is $40 and campers are to bring their own lunch and arrive no later than 9:45 a.m. Campers will need to bring shin guards, socks, a ball (with your name on it), indoor and outdoor shoes as well as a water bottle. Water and Gatorade will be provided. In the event of inclement weather, the camp will move to the Field Sports Building adjacent to Worthen Arena.
