Men's Tennis Loses 7-0 to WMU

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State University men's tennis team suffered a 7-0 loss to Western Michigan Saturday evening at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center. With the lost BSU drops to 11-13 on the season and 1-2 in MAC action.
The Cardinals fell behind early after WMU won the doubles point. In singles action Dalton Albertin managed to take Micheal Calderone to three sets. Albertin came back to win the second set but lost in the third at the No. 1 position. Austin Sansone along with teammate Andres Monroy also lost in three sets.
The Ball State University men's tennis team will close out MAC home play as it hosts Chicago State Sunday at 1 p.m. The match will be played at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center weather permitting.
