Women's Tennis Suffers 5-2 Loss at Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Ball State University women's tennis team (7-14) fell to Cincinnati 5-2 in non-conference action Friday evening at the Western Tennis and Fitness Center.
Ball State trailed 0-1 to the Bearcats heading into singles play after losing all three of their doubles matches. In singles action, Sarah Hebble topped Lindsey Lonergan at the No. 3 spot in two sets 6-3, 6-2. Lauren Pickrel also won at the No. 6 position with her 6-1, 6-1 defeat over Carly Wilson.
The Cardinals will travel will take on Mid-American Conference opponent Miami Saturday at 1 p.m.
