Soccer Announces Signing Of Nine Recruits For 2011

MUNCIE, Ind. - Ball State soccer head coach Craig Roberts announced his first complete recruiting class Wednesday morning as the Cardinals signed nine high school standouts to national letters of intent.
Ball State added Hannah Chadick (Overland Park, Kan./Blue Valley Northwest), Ellie Chadick (Overland Park, Kan./Blue Valley Northwest), Brianna Schmitt (Troy, Ill./Triad), Victoria Jacobs (Oakville, Ontario/St. Ignatius of Loyola), Alexis Pearlstein (North Bend, Wash./Mouth Si), Rebecca Sutton (Channahon, Ill./Minooka Community), Cailey Starck (Coto de Caza, Calif./Tesoro), Lindsay Kempf (Dacula, Ga./Mill Creek) and Nicole Pembleton (Mississauga, Ontario/Clarkson Secondary) to the 2011 roster.
Hannah Chadick (Overland Park, Kan./Blue Valley Northwest) - Forward
High School: Four-year letterwinner at Blue Valley Northwest High School for coach Rick Pribyl ... Named First Team All-State 6A in Kansas as well as First Team All-Metro and All-Eastern Kansas League (EKL) as a junior ... Led Blue Valley to the 2010 EKL and Regional Championship as well as a 6A State Runner-Up finish ... Guided team to a 2008 Regional Championship and a State Quarterfinal appearance ... Played club soccer for Blue Valley Soccer Club for 10 years for coach Jon Parry ... Led club team to the 2010 Midwest Regional League Championship, Midwest Kickoff Classic Championship, Heartland Midwest Classic Championship, Midwest All-Girls Championship and a Hit Tournament Championship ... Named First Team All-Mississippi Valley Conference and First Team All-Sectional as a junior ... Guided Triad to a 17-2-2 record as a sophomore and a 14-9-0 mark as a freshman ... Played club soccer for St. Louis Scott Gallagher - Illinois Blue for coach Mitch Bohnack ... Also a three-year letterwinner in basketball as a forward ... Victoria Jacobs (Oakville, Ontario/St. Ignatius of Loyola) - Defense
High School: Invited to participate in the Canadian National Training Center in 2009 and 2010 ... Four-year letterwinner at St. Ignatius of Loyola ... Two-time team captain and Most Valuable Player ... Plays club soccer for the Mississauga Dixie Dragons for coaches John Kurgan and Joe Moscato ... Rebecca Sutton (Channahon, Ill./Minooka Community) - Midfield

Posted 28 goals and 22 assists during her first three seasons ... Led her team to an 11-5-2 record as a junior, which was the best record in school history ...
