Women's Tennis Ends Day Two at Michigan State

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's tennis team concluded its 2011 fall season Saturday at the Michigan State Green and White Invite.
In singles action freshman Courtney Wild took down Olga Chernova from Michigan State in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2 while classmate Ashlyn Rang was also victorious after defeating Mariya Toncheva of Eastern Michigan 6-4, 6-2.? Sophomore Kristel Sander and junior Lauren Pickrel each earned wins over Detroit Mercey in two sets.
In doubles play senior Dena Boulieris paired up with teammate Pickrel and beat Jennifer Yen and Hilary Hager of Michigan State by a score of 8-4.?
The Ball State women's tennis team will end its 2011 fall season Sunday.
