Women's Tennis Ends First Day Of Play At Spartan Invite

EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Ball State women's tennis team concluded its first day of play at the Spartan Invitational.
Hayley Hall defeated Kaysara Mandrey in two sets in draw B singles 7-6, 6-3 and would then lose to Emily Reuland from Bowling Green, 6-4, 7-5. In draw C singles Georgina Thomson defeated Maddy Eccleston from Bowling Green, 6-2, 6-4. Thomson would then lose in the next round. In the compas draw Dena Boulieris captured a straight set win 6-3, 6-2 over Jennifer Yen of Michigan State.
In doubles draw C Hall and Paola Rodiguez captured an 8-6 victory over Michigan State's Stockwell and Yen.
The Ball State women's tennis team will continue action at the Spartan Invite
