Women?s Tennis Ends Play At BSU Invite

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Ball State University women's tennis team ended action at the Ball State Invitational Saturday evening.
In doubles flight A action Georgina Thomson teamed up with Dena Boulieris earning an 8-3 victory over Dayton's Dickerhoof and McNulty. Kristel Sanders paired up with Sarah Hebble to notch an 8-2 win over Faure and O'Neil of Eastern Kentucky.
Kylee Johnson and Lauren Pickrel went 2-0 in doubles play in flight B action while twosome of Hayley Hall and Paola Rodriguez also notched two doubles victories on the day.
Thomson captured defeated Tuscany of Wright State, 7-5, 6-3 in flight A singles and Lauren Pickrel claimed a two set win over Eastern Kentucky's O'Neil in flight C singles.
The Ball State University women's tennis team continues fall play at Michigan State's Spartan Cup Friday.
