Women's Tennis Hosts Ball State Invitational This Weekend

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State University women's tennis team opens the 2010 fall season by hosting the Ball State Invitational this weekend (Sept. 17-18) under the direction of first year head coach Christine Bader. Competition will take place at Cardinal Creek Tennis Center, weather permitting.
These two days will be a lot of match play for the girls against some great competition," said Bader. "The Ball State Fall Invitational is a great way to kick off our season. We have had a great start to the fall and the team is ready to play our exciting style of tennis. I am ready to see what the team has learned from the past few weeks and apply it out on court."
This intivitational consists of six NCAA Division I teams. Ball State, Wright State University, Butler, Illinois State, Dayton and Eastern Kentucky. Each day we will include two doubles and two singles matches with four singles flights and three doubles.
