Women's Tennis Falls 6-1 At EMU

YPSILANTI, Mich. - The Ball State University women's tennis team fell in its last Mid-American Conference regular season match at Eastern Michigan Saturday afternoon at Chippewa Club by a score of 6-1. BSU falls to 7-14 overall and 1-7.
The Eagles swept the Cardinals in doubles action to take the early 1-0 edge over BSU. In singles action senior Katherine Rist was the lone Cardinal to win a match after posting a 6-1, 7-5 victory over Georgia de'Lisle-Tarr of EMU.
The Ball State women's tennis team will travel to Western Michigan Thursday to compete in the MAC Tournament Championship.
