Soccer Announces 2009 Spring Schedule

MUNCIE, Ind. ? The Ball State soccer team announced its 2009 spring schedule Tuesday afternoon as the Cardinals will play five games in the month of April, including three games at the BSU Soccer Field. Head coach Michael Lovett enters his second season at the helm and the Cardinals are coming off of a 9-10-1 record last season

The Cardinals will open the 2009 spring season on Saturday, April 4 as they head to For Wayne, Ind., to face Mid-American Conference foe Western Michigan. Ball State will head back to Muncie the following day as it hosts Southern Indiana on April 5. The Cardinals also host instate foe Butler April 11.

The Cardinals wrap up the 2009 spring schedule with their annual Alumni gate on April 25.
