Women's Tennis Loses 7-0 To Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Ball State University women's tennis team (3-5) lost 7-0 to Cincinnati Wednesday afternoon in non-conference action at the Western Tennis and Fitness Club.
The Bearcats took the doubles point after winning the first two flights from the Cardinals. Freshman Dena Boulieris and sophomore Georgina Thomson dropped an 8-5 decision at No. 1 while freshmen Sarah Hebble and Kylee Johnson fell 8-2 at No. 2.
Ball State dropped all six of its singles matches. Boulieris lost two close sets 7-6 (2), 7-6 (4) to Jennifer Rowen at No. 2. Hebble and Johnson both dropped their 7-5, 7-5.
The Ball State University women's tennis team travels to Wisconsin-Milwaukee Friday, Feb. 27 with the match beginning at 6 p.m.
