Women's Tennis Closes MAC Play With 6-1 Win Over NIU

MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State University women's tennis team (9-10, 2-5 MAC) ended its Mid-American Conference regular season play with a 6-1 victory over Northern Illinois Saturday afternoon at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center.
The Cardinals trailed the Huskies early on in the match after losing the doubles point. The lone BSU doubles win came from Emma Retter and Katherine Rist at No. 3 after they defeated NIU's Dora Degadillo and Jenny Edner by a score of 8-5.
