BUFFALO, NY ? The Ball State University women's tennis team (7-6, 0-2 MAC) fell 7-0 to Buffalo (7-4, 2-0 MAC) in Mid-American Conference action Friday afternoon.
?In doubles action the Cardinals duo of Sophie Quist and Georgina Thomson posted a near win over Buffalo's Anfreea Novaceanu and Anna Subenkova but lost 8-7 (3).
?Ball State lost all six of its singles matches.? Emma Retter came close to a victory? at No. 4 singles but lost in three sets to Smaranda Stan, 3-6, 6-2, 1-0 (6).
