The Cardinals were scheduled for two games, but the Bradley Braves were unable to travel due to the weather conditions in
Abby Gross hit a double to right field that allowed Pennock to score and moved Barkley to third.
Elizabeth Milian laid down a sacrifice bunt to allow Barkley to score. Milian reached first base on the fielder's choice and Gross advanced to third.
Freshman Cassi Olp entered the game to pinch run for Milian. The Cardinals executed a double steal that sent Olp to second and Gross home making the score 3-1.
The Cardinals increased their lead in the fourth inning with some aggressive base running.
Alyssa Collins led off the inning with a single, and then stole second base with Jen Moore at the plate.
