Soccer Places Three On All-MAC Team

Schumacker also continued to shine on the offensive end as she finished the season fourth on the team in scoring with seven points as she scored two goals and dished out three assists. She finishes her career sixth all-time in career scoring with 34 points, seventh in career goals with 11 and fifth in assists with 12.
“To me, if anyone deserved to be recognized this season it was Sarah Schumacker,” head coach Michael Lovett said. “She epitomized a true team player this season as she played many different positions. She unselfishly moved from forward to defense for the betterment of our team and flourished in the back. She was arguably our best player this year and I am happy that she was recognized by the league for her play.”
Ridley was an anchor in the midfield this season for the Cardinals as she earned the first All-MAC honor of her career. She played all 20 games as a central midfielder and finished the season second on the team in scoring with nine points. She was second on the team with four goals, while also adding one assist.
