Women's Tennis Ends Doubles Tournament At Indiana

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Ball State University women's tennis team completed its doubles tournament at Indiana University Sunday afternoon.

Seniors Haly Calderwood and Jennifer Pollack captured a 9-7 victory over Bowling Green's Katia Babina and Samantha Kintzel. Freshman Hayley Hall and junior Rachel Suroweic dropped their match to Indiana twosome Stephanie Heller and Myrian Sopel, 8-0. Hall and Suroweic suffered another loss to Louisville to close out the tournament.

The Cardinals host the University of Dayton for it home opener Saturday, Jan. 19 at the Muncie YMCA Tennis Center. The match will begin at 1 p.m.
