Jessica Thompson and Haly Calderwood took down Cincinnati's Jenny Rowen and Lindsay Willeford 8-6 at the No. 1 doubles position. Stephanie Farrar and Katie Owens slid past their opponents -- Carling Arundel and Madison Reasoner -- 8-4 at the No. 2 doubles slot.
In singles play, Thompson, Farrar, Jennifer Pollack, Owens and Emma Retter defeated their opponents with straight-set victories at the No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 5 and No. 6 positions, respectively.
The Cardinals (6-4) continue their six-match road swing when they take on UT-Martin Saturday at 2 p.m. in Martin, Tenn.
